Procrastination is a strange phenomenon. It often seems to be a good way of making life more enjoyable (by delaying unpleasant responsibilities) but inevitably backfires to make things more difficult and stressful.

Procrastination can leave a person feeling guilty, frustrated, inadequate and unproductive.
