Workplace Bullying Assessment

Bullying is a process in which a person, or several people, repeatedly perceives themselves to be on the receiving end of repeated, deliberate, disrespectful behaviour from one person, or several people, especially where the target (individual), or targets, of bullying have difficulty defending themselves against these actions. This assessment is designed to determine the extent to which you are subjected to unreasonable, demeaning or aggressive actions in the workplace.
