Personal Style Evaluation

In the workplace, some colleagues are easy to communicate with. Others can be a struggle to understand. They “just don’t get the point.” Sometimes, you “don’t get the point,” or understand why people do the things they do. One strategy to understanding our differences is to identify the personal styles of the people around us, and then tailor our own style or approach to improve communication. The Personal Style Evaluation questionnaire examines four different personal styles (dominant, influential, steady, and conscientious) and then offers communication strategies for each.
