Leadership Performance Appraisal

Leadership aligns people around a shared objective. It is about influencing others to work cooperatively, constructively, and with mutual trust to confront and resolve difficulties and differences. Regardless of our personal skills, abilities, beliefs, values and good intentions, we all face obstacles and miss opportunities to provide high-quality leadership. The Leadership Performance Appraisal will pinpoint some of those “restraining forces” and help develop strategies to overcome them. Specifically, it will help you determine your strengths and development needs in eight core competencies widely considered to be important and integral parts of successful leadership. The eight competency areas assessed are; emotional intelligence, contextual thinking, directional clarity, creative assimilation, change orchestration, people enablement, reciprocal communication, drive and persistence.
